1. The service

FoxFace AI (the "Service") is a mobile app that helps you find copies of an image you choose and visually similar results on the web. The Service is operated by FoxFace AI; contact: support@foxface.com.tr. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with the laws of your country to use the Service.

3. Permitted use

You may only search your own photo or a photo of an adult who has given explicit permission. Uploading someone else's photo without their permission is prohibited.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to monitor, stalk, harass, threaten or expose (dox) anyone; to identify strangers; to search for children; or to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education or similar. We may terminate your access for violations and report them to the authorities where necessary.

5. Nature of results

Results are a measure of visual similarity. A similarity score is not proof of a person's identity or of account ownership; results may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Results are produced by third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their content.

6. Credits, subscriptions and payment

1 credit = 1 search. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and each renewal adds the stated number of credits. You can cancel in your store account settings. Unused credits do not expire.

7. Failed searches and refunds

If a search cannot be completed due to a technical error, your credit is refunded automatically. Payment refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play refund rules; if you have a problem, write to support@foxface.com.tr.

8. Data and privacy

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Your search history is deleted automatically from your device after 30 days.

9. Provision of the service and liability

The Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will find any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

10. Changes and contact
